These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ethos Business Academy
website, platform, programs, and services (“the Academy”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing,
purchasing, or participating in the Academy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Academy or any associated services.
1. Eligibility
The Ethos Business Academy is intended for individuals who are:
● At least 18 years of age, and
● Chiropractic students, licensed chiropractors, or professionals in related health
disciplines.
By using the platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided within the Ethos Business Academy is for educational and informational
purposes only. It is not clinical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Nothing in the program should be interpreted as:
● A substitute for regulatory licensure requirements
● Supervised clinical training
● Professional certification recognized by national, state, or international chiropractic
boards
Participants are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and standards applicable to
their location and professional role.
3. Access and Use of Content
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access
and use the Academy content for your personal educational purposes only.
You may not:
● Share your login credentials with others
● Resell, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the program
● Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the content
● Use the program materials in any commercial training or coaching program not
authorized by Ethos Business Academy
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal
action.
4. Payment Terms
a. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. All payments are due in full at the
time of enrolment, unless a payment plan is selected.
By submitting your payment, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processor) to
charge your selected payment method.
b. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Missed or
declined payments may result in restricted access until payment is resolved.
If payment remains delinquent, your access to the course and certifications may be revoked.
c. Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for any applicable VAT, sales tax, or transaction fees incurred at checkout,
based on your location.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and educational nature of the content, all sales are final. No refunds will be
provided, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that the program is right for you before completing your payment. You may
contact our support team with any questions prior to enrolment.
6. Certification Policy
Ethos Business Academy offers internal certifications (“Trained,” “Certified,” and “Established”)
based on completion of modules, assessments, and practical submissions.
These designations:
● Are issued by Ethos Business Academy for educational recognition only
● Do not represent state or board certification
● Are not clinical licenses or recognized postgraduate credentials
We reserve the right to deny or revoke certification status for non-completion,
misrepresentation, or violation of academic integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Ethos Business Academy—including videos, templates, downloads,
documents, branding, and the certification framework—is protected by UK, USA, and
international copyright laws.
You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Ethos Business Academy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethos Business Academy and its instructors, team
members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
● Direct or indirect damages
● Loss of income or opportunity
● Injuries, disciplinary action, or penalties incurred from misapplication of content
● Claims arising from reliance on Ethos Business Academy’s materials or
recommendations
Use of the platform is at your own risk. You agree to hold Ethos Business Academy and its
instructors, team members, and affiliates harmless for any outcomes resulting from your
participation.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use Ethos Business Academy or its materials too:
● Violate any applicable law or regulation
● Infringe upon the rights of others
● Disrupt or harm the learning experience of other users
● Impersonate others or misrepresent your qualifications
● Upload or distribute malicious code or unauthorized content
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these Terms or
behaves in a disruptive or unethical manner.
10. Community Guidelines
Access to our private forums or online communities is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the
right to remove any member for:
● Inappropriate language or unprofessional conduct
● Spamming, soliciting, or self-promotion
● Sharing proprietary course material
● Violating other members’ privacy
We foster a respectful, supportive, and focused learning environment. All members are
expected to contribute positively.
11. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to:

● Update these Terms at any time
● Change pricing, bonuses, or access policies without prior notice
Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States of
America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Academy will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of UK and USA courts.
